- Minimum education diploma or bachelor in Occupational Health/Environmentai/Public Health
- Min 4-5 years of experience as HSE Officer/Safety Inspector in Fabrication industry
- Certified in AK3 Migas/Kemnaker/BNSP Aktiv
- Verify the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Ensuring the implementation of the SHE Plan and SHE Program runs in the project area
- Make JSA, PERMIT, HIRA, condition assessment, Safety Report, etc
- Ensure safety patrol findings are followed up by Supervisors and related parties
- Handle work accident emergency response
- Make work accident reports and investigations
- Responsible for supervising & reminding in the field (work area), of the conditions of workers and work so that they are safe and work accidents do not occur
- Carry out inspections on work equipment, workforce, workforce health, and work environment
- Make a K3 work program and plan its implementation
