Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee (MT) to support the Production Engineer or Project Engineer and Project Management Team (PMT) activities. This role provides hands-on experience in a project engineering environment and exposure to industry-standard processes.
Responsibilities
Under supervision and with guidance, you will be involved in learning and assisting with:

Coordinate with internal departments on engineering drawings, technical studies, and project deliverables

Review drawings for creating fabrication sequence/constructability and identify any special items / subcontract requirements

Provide Method Statemen for any special/specific work as required

Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) and monitor procurement activities

Ensure fabrications are in accordance with the specifications and drawings

Initiate site/technical queries to resolve fabrication/construction issues

Identify any changes or additional work from the original scope and initiate change order as required

Ensure availability of qualified manpower and resources for project execution

Review weekly fabrication progress and monitor production man-hours and productivity

Monitor overall project progress. Ensures and raises problems with project deadlines

Track project cost and report any deviations to the Project Manager

Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any unsafe conditions
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 or a Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25 (fresh graduates or have a maximum of 2 years of work experience).

Majors: Engineering (Mechanical or related)

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders is a plus

Passionate about the EPCI industry or a similar Engineering field and eager to learn
