Requirements:
Minimum requirements that a candidate MUST have in order to even be considered for the position

 Education and experience:

• STM Senior high school (vocational) major instrumentation process control or Electronic with minimum experience of 8 years in instrumentation process control.
• D3 from electric (low current) and or electronic with minimum 6 years of experience in industrial instrumentation process control.
• S1 for specific major e.g. Teknik Fisika (Physical Technic) or fresh graduate can join the FGP program.
• S1 Electric (low current) or Electronic with minimum 3-year experience in instrumentation process control.
• Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC programming as well as HART communication systems a must
• Experience in commisioning work 

Preferred:

• Diverse work experience in various areas of the Smelting and Refinery processes
• Strong communication skills in all forums (written, presentation, email, verbal) in English at a minimum; Bahasa Indonesia strongly preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Robust understanding of all processes including operations, smelting processes and administration.
• Proficient in planning, scheduling, execution and follow-up.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Word & Excel, and other business systems.
• Skilled in managing a very highly experienced self-directed team.
• Ability to plan, schedule, prioritize, direct and manage a diverse number of operational areas, projects and activities.
