Kualifikasi :

• Minimal D3 atau S1 di bidang K3, Teknik Lingkungan, Teknik Industri, atau sejenisnya.

• Pengalaman: Minimal 3-6 tahun pengalaman di bidang HSE migas (tergantung jenjang pendidikan).

• Penempatan Riau

Sertifikasi & Pengetahuan:

• Wajib memiliki Sertifikasi Pengawas K3 Migas dari BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi).

• Memahami peraturan K3 Migas nasional (Permen ESDM, UU No. 1/1970, PP 50/2012).

• Menguasai standar global seperti ISO 45001, API (American Petroleum Institute).

Kompetensi Teknis & Manajerial:

• Mampu melakukan identifikasi bahaya dan penilaian risiko (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment).

• Mengelola risiko operasional dan mengembangkan prosedur K3.

• Menyusun dan memastikan prosedur tanggap darurat (Emergency Response Plan) berjalan efektif.

• Melakukan inspeksi rutin, audit, dan pemantauan kepatuhan.

• Melatih pekerja tentang prosedur keselamatan dan penggunaan APD.

Soft Skills:

• Efektif dalam berkomunikasi dan membangun kerja sama tim.

• Mampu memimpin dan mengambil keputusan cepat saat darurat.

• Disiplin dalam menjaga data dan proses K3.

• Having good knowledge of structure software STAADPRO, SAP 2000 / Etabs / Tekla or etc
• Excellent in Design, analysis, reporting, presentation and communication

Melamar Sebagai CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER

MECHANICAL MILLWRIGHT

Pendidikan : SMA/SMK Sederajat

Additional Responsibilities: 

1. Removal, repair and installation of mechanical components, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, analysis and diagnosis, advanced troubleshooting and systems/process optimization. Possibly mentor or train other mechanical workers and apprentices. 
2. Safe completion of routine and non-routine repairs and construction. 
3. Perform preventative maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting of industrial mechanical equipment (i.e.: includes but not limited to Conveyors, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Gearboxes, Pumps, Agitators, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers including Cooling Towers, overhead cranes, Furnace Tapping machines). 
4. Must have strong knowledge in the maintenance and troubleshooting of: Hydraulics, overhead cranes and preferably furnace tapping equipment. 
5. Ability to perform installations and renovations compliant with regulatory agency standards. 
6. Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work area instructions, participates in safety and environmental activities, always uses plant and equipment correctly. 
7. Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned according to business need. 
8. Proficient in planning, scheduling, execution and follow-up of maintenance tasks. 
9. Working knowledge of CMMS.
10. Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards. 
11. Skilled in managing effective communication, both verbal and written. 

Qualifications 

• Completed a mechanical Apprenticeship with a recognized training facility and a Minimum of three (3 Years) experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenance and 
• Completion of an approved certified mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics program OR 
• Associate degree or Trade School Certification in a related field and two (2) years' experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenance.
